Very good customer service, I had a slight query once I had placed my order. Spoke to Becca, she was fab and sorted it out straight away!

Ordered the Oren Napoli 5-7 seat rattan furniture set.
Website was good with lots of information and very easy to order from, Max was very helpful with our questions via e-mail.
Order arrived quickly within six days including the bank holiday weekend.
The driver phoned us the day before to let us know that he wanted to deliver the following day, during the delivery day he kept us informed about the time of delivery. Upon arrival, the driver helped with unboxing, and assembly of the furniture and even took back the packaging.
The furniture appears to be of good quality, the seat height is nice and high with the comfortable 80mm thick cushions.
All in all, we are very happy with our purchase and would thoroughly recommend the company.

I ordered a large egg chair from them during their, what now appears to be never ending, sale. The website indicates someone would call to arrange delivery but nobody did. After 8 days I come home to find a giant battered cardboard box dumped in the driveway. No notice was provided about any impending delivery so lucky it didn’t get nicked. Poor service.
EDIT: item arrived on the 9th and no text was sent. Looking at reviews on the internet I’m not the only one to have experienced this.

They were closed when we arrived, the shop did not open for another week but as we had arrived James opened up and the staff started putting out furniture for us to try. James answered all our questions on the products and services, all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

We found our perfect garden furniture on this website and on sale which was a bonus. We placed our order which was confirmed and money taken out of our account. So far so good. But the next day we received a phone call saying that they had advertised the item online at the wrong amount. They stated that they could not honour the order at the price that we had paid. We told them that this wasn’t acceptable and for them to come back to us to resolve the issue once they had talked to the relevant person. We heard nothing at all and so emailed for an update. Still no reply or communication from this company. On checking my bank account the next day we noticed that we had been given a refund with no explanation at all. This is shocking and they should have honoured our order as it was their mistake not ours, we had ordered and paid for the item in good faith. Also, to not communicate with us and explain their actions is terrible customer service. I would urge anyone not to buy from this company as they can not be trusted.

It should be zero. I am warning people do not use this company, they do not honour the pricing on their website and the Customer Service is Appalling. Again do not use this company.

Terrible online buying experience almost from the off.
After finding a Rattan garden chair on the site and making my online purchase, I didn't receive the usual email confirmation or receipt.
After waiting the stated 3 days, with no contact from the company regarding a delivery slot, I made my first of many phones calls.
What a horrible experience, the phone system is abysmal, with many disconnects whilst waiting and also whilst in conversations.
To cut a long story short it took lots of phone calls and after nearly 6 weeks I finally received the item. The courrier, Tuffnels, was awful with no prior contact or notice whatsoever. You just have to hope you are going to be in. I wasn't in, so the courier dumped a badly damaged, very large box in my front garden.
I live on a busy main road and although I imagine the size of the box would deter, it would have been very easy for the item to be taken.
I've mentioned the box was damaged, so was the chair, the Rattan was broken and unwinding.
I decided to keep the item with a bit of discount because I wanted nothing further to do with the company and it's courier.
To sum up this rambling review..........
Unless you like to wait an age for your item, be very frustrated and annoyed with customer service, then I highly recommend that you steer well clear of this company.

Amazing bed im so in love with it! Easy to put together delivery guys were ace too! Bedding box is also beautiful just finishes my room off perfectly!

All in all it was a great experience shopping at rattan garden and I will recommend to all my friends and customers and will definitely return when I need furnishings .
